No blame, no stress, we share the solution with you. Let's say you planned for 12 people, but only 11 show up. No problem. We don't believe in starting the day with guilt or apologies. Instead of placing the full difference on your group, we share it with you. We split: 30% is absorbed by us, and 70% is shared by the rest of the group. This usually means 10 USD extra per person. We want you to feel good, supported, and understood. Your experience is what truly matters to us more than the numbers and penalties.
