You might expect a good day — but the truth is, it will likely be even better than you imagined.
We always aim to go beyond expectations. And here’s something interesting: although Cobá is the main attraction, many guests end up falling in love with the other experiences along the way.
Most tours head to Cobá mid-morning, but very few offer the chance to explore it peacefully, surrounded by the sounds of nature — not crowds. Pick-up is usually around 7:00 AM, depending on your location. Our aim is to get to Cobá by 8:00 AM, before the rush. Inside the archaeological zone, we’ll travel through the jungle to reach the tallest pyramid in the Yucatán Peninsula. Our certified guide will share the story of Cobá with passion and depth, making every stop along the way come alive. After Cobá, it’s time to cool off in an open cenote — a peaceful, emerald-green lagoon where you can swim, snorkel, or just float and relax. But here’s the twist… Snorkeling in this underground cave is like entering another world. And after such an amazing day, we can take you straight back to your hotel — or stop at a local restaurant if you’re hungry. This tour can be done in a private car, a van, or in multi-van format for larger groups.
We’ll arrive early enough to enjoy the ruins while they’re still quiet, shaded by the jungle canopy and fresh with morning air. …
This changes the entire experience — you don’t just see Cobá, you feel it.
We’ll have your tickets ready, so no need to wait in line. Just get ready for a unique journey through time and trees.
The path is about 2 kilometers (1.2 miles) each way — and you can choose how to enjoy it:
🚲 Ride a bike (the most fun and flexible option, about 20 minutes each way).
🛺 Prefer to relax? Take a “Maya limousine” — a tricycle taxi with a driver pedaling for you.
🚶🏽 Or simply walk at your own pace, taking in the sounds and energy of the forest.
After the guided part, you’ll have time on your own to explore, climb (if permitted), and take photos surrounded by nature.
You can jump from the edge or enter slowly, whatever suits your vibe. Most people stay about 45 minutes, but we’re never in a rush.
Even though most people come for Cobá, what they remember most is the underground river we visit at the end.
More than 90% of our guests say this hidden gem is the highlight of the day — and that’s why we save it for last.
The water is unbelievably clear and glows with surreal shades of blue.
This is not your average snorkeling spot — it’s a place you’ll never forget.
Feel free to browse our photos and videos… and reach out if you have any questions.
We’re happy to suggest delicious, honest spots to eat, or you can choose your own. It’s your day, your way.
Regardless of the size, the quality of the experience and the attention to detail will always remain the same.

EXCELLENT Based on 93 reviews Posted on Iwein VTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Had an awesome tour with Abraham. Everything has been great; the communication with Keshi, the drivers quality, the answers Abraham had to all our history questions and the food recommendations. 5 starsPosted on Evelyn FisherTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Keshi was very quick to respond to all of our communications. He was happy to tailor our day trip to suit our specific requests. Our tour guide was Beatriz, who was absolutely amazing! She was extremely knowledgeable, good humored, easy to talk with, and she speaks five languages! She knew the best places to show us based on our specific interests. Our lunch spot was exceptional. We were extremely happy with the entire experience and will be booking with them again and requesting Beatriz the next time we do tours in this part of Mexico.Posted on TATUM DRYWALLTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Abraham was so wonderful on our private tour today!! I cannot say enough great things about him! He is so knowledgeable and informative! He took us to some more local places and away from the touristy stuff! Such a genuine guy! I learned so much today. I can't wait to come back! We will be seeing Abraham when we come back!Posted on Tom BuseckTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had the most incredible private tour of Chichén Itzá and Cenote Chukum with our guide, Beatriz, and it truly exceeded every expectation. From the moment we met her, Beatriz was kind, warm, and so easy to connect with. She made us feel completely comfortable and taken care of throughout the entire day. Her knowledge of the history, culture, and significance of Chichén Itzá was incredible — she brought everything to life in a way that was engaging, informative, and never overwhelming. We learned so much while still feeling relaxed and able to enjoy the experience. The visit to Cenote Chukum was just as special. Beatriz made sure we understood the history and meaning behind it, and she gave us plenty of time to soak it all in (literally and figuratively!). The balance of education, exploration, and downtime was perfect. This tour was everything we could’ve wanted and more. If you’re considering a private tour, we can’t recommend Beatriz enough. She turned a beautiful day into an unforgettable one.Posted on J LTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. We had a wonderful time with Beatriz! Do not hesitate to book a private tour with this tour company — from start to finish we felt safe, well cared for, and truly informed. Keshi booked the tour for us and was incredibly kind. He communicated clearly and made everything easy and seamless, which we really appreciated. Our visit to Chichén Itzá was absolutely incredible. Beatriz is so knowledgeable and brought the history to life in a way that was engaging and easy to understand. You can tell she truly knows her stuff. Walking through such an iconic and powerful place with someone who is that passionate made all the difference. We also enjoyed an authentic Mexican lunch that was delicious and such a great cultural experience. It felt personal and thoughtfully chosen, not touristy at all. Ending the day at Cenote Chukum was the perfect touch. It was beautiful, refreshing, and such a peaceful way to wrap up an already amazing day. Beatriz made sure we had a great experience every step of the way. We truly appreciated her passion for Mexican culture and the care she put into making our day special. A day we will never forget. Great day out very informative and was flexible with our requestsPosted on Rodrigo de la Maza V.Trustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google. Posted on Gary McilraveyTrustindex verifies that the original source of the review is Google.
