With no money, no clear path, and a heavy heart, I heart about a place called Playa del Carmen. I came here not knowing that  I would find purpose, passion, and the chance to build a bautiful family. 

I worked for six tour companies. In the past, tourism was about taking care of travelers. But little, it turned into a commission-based businnes, where recommerndations were driven by payouts, not by what truly made the client happy. I moved from company to company, hoping to find something different, until I realized most new sales directors followed the same mindset.

That’s when my bestfriend Damian and I founded My Quest Concierge private tours. It was a success – built on values, dedication, and a genuine love for service.

After several great years, I made a choice: I sold mu share and stepped away to dedicate myself to the most meaningful project of my life – being a dad. I gave myself four full years to be present for my children’s childhood. Today, I have two amazing little ones who remind me daily of what really matters.

Now I’m back. A new chapter, new energy, but the same values. 

Private tours Playa del Carmen is not – and willnever be – a big business. It’s a small, family – run project with low volumen and a lot of heart. It’s my conscious return to  what  I love: serving with soul, with respect, and with honesty.
